Times Of Swaziland: MABILA, NDABA BIG CONCERN FOR ‘KOKI’ MABILA, NDABA BIG CONCERN FOR ‘KOKI’ ================================================================================ BY SABELO GWEBU on 19/05/2017 01:37:00 (At Prince of Wales Ground) MBABANE – In a very crucial moment of the CAF Confederations Cup battle, Mbabane Swallows coach Thabo Koki Vilakati feels frustrated by the unavailability of defenders Sifiso Mabila and Ndumiso ‘Tower’ Ndaba. The duo has had their training time limited due to work and school commitments respectively. Again, they were absent in yesterday morning’s training session, as the glamorous capital city giants prepare to face South Africa’s Platinum Stars on Tuesday afternoon at the Somhlolo National Stadium. The game will save as Swallows second in their CAF Confederation Cup group B batch of matches, following last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat away to CS Sfaxien in Tunisia despite a gallant showing. In a recovery session at their Prince of Wales Ground base after only returning in the country on Wednesday, having endured 32-hour return flights and up to 12 hours on the road, Vilakati gave a little insight on how his side will approach Tuesday’s encounter saying, “We will prepare for opponents differently”. The red and white giants were tight and compact in the away match, only relying on the counter and possibly, especially with the return from suspension of the creative Banele ‘Pupu’ Sikhondze, Swallows might go for the jugular- attacking from the word go in search of a home victory. The last time Swallows lost a match in a CAF inter-club tournament at their fortress, Somhlolo National Stadium, it was February 2010 to South Africa’s Supersport United. “Mabila is only available in the afternoon due to work commitments and is found wanting with his fitness levels. It is the same case with Ndaba but we will prepare a specific programme for the two to cover for the lost time to be at the same level as the rest of the guys,” Vilakati said after putting his charges through their paces.
