MBABANE – It is going to be a triple-header dose of matches when the MTN
League finally returns to action next weekend following a two-week break.
Next Sunday, January 28 three matches will be played under the Y’ello Sunday
banner and will feature Moneni Pirates against Red Lions in the first game of
the day scheduled for a noon kick-off, then Mbabane Highlanders welcome Manzini
Sundowns with basement-placed Manzini Sea Birds facing the daunting task of
ending Mbabane Swallows’ 15 matches winning streak later.
MTN’s Brand and Sponsorships Manager Fisiwe Vilane released the full programme
for the day that will see fans win airtime from the fastest fingers game and for
dressing well for their respective teams. The MTN League has been on the
backseat for two weeks, giving way to the Ingwenyama Cup quarter-final and
semi-final batch of matches.
Premier League of Swaziland (PLS) Chief Operations Officer (COO) Pat Vilakati
released the full list of the games from the organisation’s two leagues.
