WOMAN WANTS E280 000  BACK FROM EX-LOVER PASTOR

MBABANE – A liSwati woman who is based in Canada is demanding back her E280
000 from a pastor she was in a love relationship with.
Nomphumelelo Kunene has since instituted legal proceedings against the
clergyman, Ntokozo Dlamini.
She informed the court that she met Dlamini through a mutual friend, who was
also pastor.
Kunene alleged that at that time, she was going through a failed marriage and
Dlamini reached out to her and commenced a relationship of sort.
“During that period, I opened up to him over numerous personal things and he
welcomed me as he projected himself as an honest man who was a pastor,”
submitted the plaintiff (Kunene).

According to Kunene, at the instigation of their relationship, she mentioned to
the defendant (Dlamini) how she was disappointed by her previous contractor she
had contracted to build a house for her mother.
“Immediately, the defendant mentioned that he was involved in construction as
a project manager, so he was in a position to assist me in building my
mother’s house,” submitted Kunene.
She submitted that, with that undertaking and love that had been established
between her and the man of the cloth, she agreed to give the building project to
him since he had projected himself as a reliable contractor.

Kunene said the project was scheduled to start on or about April 2017, and she
proceeded to transact monies to the defendant to facilitate the construction of
the house.
“Being a resident in Canada, I would transact such monies through electronic
transfer and/or money-gram directly from Canada,” alleged the plaintiff.
She further alleged that at some point the pastor requested her to purchase on
his behalf a BMW sedan and he was to refund her the money or give it to her
sister for the building of the house.
Kunene averred that when she enquired about the construction, the defendant
would not have clear answers as to what was happening and would make up a lot of
stories as to why the building project had not commenced.
