Times Of Swaziland: 2 SA MEN ARRESTED FOR SOLANI’S ATM BOMBING 2 SA MEN ARRESTED FOR SOLANI’S ATM BOMBING ================================================================================ BY STANLEY KHUMALO on 02/12/2017 03:22:00 MBABANE – Two South African nationals have been arrested for the bombings of automated teller machines (ATMs) resulting in the theft of E 1 230 530. The duo, Musa Karayi Mdiniso, 46, of Winterfield Pretoria and Mpho Andrew Nyuliwe, 45, of Diepkloof, Soweto was arrested on Wednesday at the Ngwenya Border Gate. According to an impeccable source privy to the investigation, one of the suspects was flagged with the immigration department such that when he availed his passport for entry into the country, local police swiftly arrested them. This ended the three month investigations by the Royal Swaziland Police Services for the ATM bombings that occurred at Luve and popular hangout spot Solani’s Shisanyama in Mbabane. The suspected robbers arrived at the Mbabane Magistrates Court at about 8:45 am in a white Toyota Quantum 15-seater kombi. They were heavily guarded by police officers from the Lukhozi Serious Crimes department and those from the Fraud and Commercial Crimes Unit. They alighted from the kombi handcuffed with one bracelet fastening them together. Nyuliwe wore a navy blue Carvella shoes, navy blue tight fitting jeans and a black Jonathan D jersey while Mdiniso was wearing safety shoes with paint stains, blue overalls, a blue golf t-shirt and a caramel jacket. After almost three hours waiting for the proceedings to begin, Principal Magistrate Fikile Nhlabatsi arrived at about 11:35am when proceedings started. Representing the crown was Prosecutor Thabo Dlamini while the accused were represented by Noncedo Ndlangamandla from Mabila Attorneys.
