AIRTIME VENDOR WINS BEST ELECTRIC E30 000

MBABANE – Straight from the Mbabane Government Hospital Maternity Ward,
airtime vendor, Nomcebo Hlawe was yesterday E30 000 richer after being announced
the winner of the Best Electric Super Draw Competition.
Hlawe, who is looking after her three-week-old premature daughter, came for the
picture presentation after her money was deposited straight into her bank
account at the store.
According to Hlawe, who was six months pregnant when she had to undergo an
emergency Caesarean section, she had lost E2 700 which was stolen from her
business area.
The incident triggered her stress levels, which resulted in her going into
premature labour.
She said she could not take the strain as she knew that there was no where she
could raise the stolen funds.
“My water broke immediately after discovering that the money had gone
missing,” she said.
Hlawe said she was admitted to the Mbabane Government Hospital where she gave
birth to a premature baby.
She said she had been looking after her baby ever since.
