Mnguni waseGudu; this is wisdom and unfortunately only a few would understand.
In you I find company, I thought I was alone. The first thing that we need to
understand is that blacks are the chosen nation. Until we learn to understand
that we shall always worship the ‘god’ of the west.

Fortunately all the negatives and atrocities you mentioned under multi-parties
in your article are exactly what we are experiencing under the tinkhundla
system, but unfortunately, we the current generation, have never experienced
multi-parties. Can’t we be given a chance then, than being throttled with this
current system. And also, this current system has abused us worse than our
colonizers. So the grovelling must stop; if you need a job, work hard for it
than parroting at the expense of our livelihoods.

How I wish the King saw your article analysis; it would do him a world of good.
I fully agree with you in every point you raised. Our King does need good advice
from honest emaSwati who still love and respect our monarch. We are praying to
God for a heaven-sent way forward for Eswatini.

Nxumalo, I just want to applaud your analysis and commentary of the political
situation in our country, I wish someone would have whispered that commentary as
is to the King before soldiers were unleashed on people. No close relative of
mine was a casualty but I felt a very deep pain, I got very angry and I still
am. Most people then supported the MPs’ call for a constitutional monarch but
after that period of madness, everything changed. I didn’t like parties, I
still have my reservations but what other choice is there if the monarchy, as
the face of Tinkhundla, feels it’s okay to unleash the army on people who have
a different view to force them to shut up. Why was there no advice against this,
and if someone did, why was he or she not listened to?
Uyabona what is happening right now, the two MPs behind bars, the alleged
extravagant killings of emaSwati by the security forces personnel, the level of
arrogance displayed by our leaders, the alleged abuse of women and the elderly
in rural areas by the police, the continued suffocation of political
demonstrations, the list goes on, do you believe no one has took note of all
these things among the people close to the monarchy? Yabona ke, etingcondvweni
tetfu tsine labangasiko politically informed sitsi ngule system lena leyenta
konkhe loku, why then should we support it? As you can see from my submission
that I’m not a politician, I have no political background; I’m just a hurt
citizen.

Nxumalo, I read your September 7, 2021 article and I found your message very
interesting but what I think is making it to be well received by royalty is the
uncertainty and the belief that emaSwati would slow down and forget like it had
been happening in the past. What they don’t realise is that the sooner they
can engage the better because everyone wants proper democracy not minority rule.
If you read the Bible you’ll see what I mean when people want change. As for
King Samuel, he embraced change because he consulted God about what the people
were requesting; even then it was Samuel’s sons who had gone against God and
the people.
