This comes after Du Pont was recently nominated at this year’s Scream African Women Awards, which are set to take place next month. The organising Board announced that this year’s edition would focus on creating awareness and combating gender violence in society. Careers Du Pont is nominated under the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award among seven other African entrepreneurs who have made great strides in their respective careers. They are Mabusi Seme (South Africa), Nengi Hampson (Nigeria), Leone Wayne Wilson (Namibia), Mercy Eke (Nigeria), Ntandoyenkosi Kunene (South Africa), Abisola Kola Daisi (Nigeria) and Ebby Cassidy (Nigeria).
