MBABANE – You can now get your ticket refunds. The annual MTN BUSHFIRE
festival has announced that ticket holders who had bought their tickets locally
can now get refunded for their purchases.
Speaking to the Entertainmnet Desk, MTN BUSHFIRE Communications Officer
Phiwokuhle Dhlamini announced yesterday that the House on Fire offices would be
open to process 2020 physical ticket refunds as of today until Friday June 26,
2020.
She said due to the extended lock-down, holders of physical tickets had not been
able to claim refunds for the postponed MTN BUSHFIRE 2020 festival until now.
“There’s no need to claim a refund for ticket-holders who want to attend the
14th Edition of the MTN BUSHFIRE festival, now to be held on 28-30 May, 2021.

MTN Bushfire tickets bought for 2020 are automatically valid for the 2021
festival. The MTN BUSHFIRE team is hard at work to put together an even more
explosive festival next year, so those tickets will be worth it,” she said.
Dhlamini mentioned that ticket-holders who had bought tickets at any of the
ticket outlets in Eswatini, would have their refunds processed only at the House
On Fire main office located in Malkerns.
She also stated that the refunds could be obtained between 9am-3pm,
Monday-Friday. “The office will be open for refunds from May 22 to June 26,
2020 and the public is asked to adhere to all Covid-19 health and safety
practices, such as the wearing of masks, hand sanitisation, and social
distancing, which will be in effect at House on Fire,” she added.
Worthy of note is that people seeking refunds must first fill out a refund
request form online and submit it before arriving at House on Fire to the
following link, https://bit.ly/EswatiniRefundForm.
In addition to that she highlighted that for people to get refunds on physical
tickets, those tickets should be returned to House on Fire at the time of
requesting the refund and IDs or Passports would also be required.
