Those were the words echoed by the Public Relation Officer Nqaba Ginindza of Team Bream as they will be hosting a show dubbed ‘Putting powers to the test’. In an interview, Ginindza said the purpose of the show was to showcase a cautions way to do the sport which is drifting, spinning and to also introduce the first female spinner the country has, popularly known as Storm. “We want to change how people perceive the whole sport and to also invite more sponsors to the show. Our main current sponsors which are Auto Parts ,Dixie’s, Elcor, Global signs and Eddrich refrigerators to name a few,” he said. Celebration The show will not only showcase local spinners, South African spinners will also bring breath-taking stunts. Teams like Brian, Feroz, Mellas, Bekzin and team Numbi who will also be celebrating their birthday on Friday at Tums Water World Hotel will take part in the event. “Revellers are also invited to be part of the epic meet and greet session,” said Ginindza. The main event is slated for July 13, at Mavuso Trade Centre starting at 2pm.
