S TONE SIGNS UNDER  SA’S EL WORLD STABLE

MBABANE – Eswatini artist S Tone is officially under South Africa’s
recording stable El World.
Eswatini’s deep house vocalist S Tone, real name Sifiso Magagula, had two of
his hit tracks included in Sun El Musician’s album, titled ‘Africa to the
World’. Sun El Musician is also the founfer of El World Recording label.
Recognition
The album, which got recognition at this year’s South African Music Awards
(SAMA), is produced by the ‘Akanamali’ and ‘Bamthathile’ hit maker, Sun
El Musican. The duo confirmed that indeed S Tone was now signed under the South
African label and more hit songs can be expected from him. However, they did not
want to divulge the terms of his contract citing them as confidential.
The relationship between S Tone and El World music stable began last year and
the Eswatini artist has toured with the crew under the stable.
The Eswatini artist also performed at Solani’s Shisanyama during the Easter
weekend this year with Sun El Musician. S Tone said he was having an awesome
time working with Sun El Musician. He also explained how their relationship
began in an interview with this publication.
“Sun El Musician and I went to studio and he sampled a couple of beats,
including the hit ‘Akanamali’ whose vocals are done by Samthing Sowetan. I
knew right there and then that I wanted to work with him due to what I heard
that day.
I was truly impressed.
“Soon after that meeting, we met in studio and start working on a song and
have continued to do so. The songs I have done with him sound awesome,”
explained S Tone. He also said he had an amazing time putting together ‘No
Stopping Us’.
S Tone is also one of the MTN SWAMA Awards 2018 nominees, under the ‘Best
House Music category.’ He was nominated for his song titled ‘No Stopping
Us’, which is currently being aired on Channel O.
‘Africa to the World’ was released over three months ago and prior to its
release, Sun El Musician occasionally dropped some tracks in it as solo singles
which aired on international TV music channels.
