MODEL SNOWEE  FOR THE ACCRA  FASHION WEEK

MBABANE – Being shocked over model Snowee’s triumphs is becoming a rumour as
achieving is all she is doing these days.
Top Model Swaziland model Snowee, real name Nolwazi Simelane, is set to take
part in the Accra Fashion Week which is scheduled from March 29 to April 1.
Confirmed
The model confirmed this. She also revealed that she is due to be on the ramp at
the annual Mpumalanga Fashion and Design Week this weekend.
A letter from Accra Fashion Week Managing Director Nana A. Tamakloe confirmed
the model’s invitation. “This is a letter to confirm that Nolwazi Simelane
from Swaziland has been invited as a model to Ghana to represent her country at
the next Accra Fashion Week 2018 in Ghana,” reads the letter from Tamakloe.
After her stunning rendition during the Soweto Fashion Week in September 2016,
the model has been getting international invites.
She has been back to the Soweto Fashion Week runway and she was also part of
Fashion Without Borders, an initiative where fashion shows are hosted around the
SADC region, especially in Gaborone in Botswana.
Snowee said by hook or by crook, she will make it to Ghana’s most respected
fashion show.
Honoured
“I am very honoured to be part of a huge show like this one. The fact that I
was shortlisted means I am on the right track. This is the only beginning of
greater shows and I will make Swaziland proud,” said the model.
Top Model Swaziland Director said she is happy and excited about Snowee’s
achievement.
“This simply means we are steadily getting there as a modelling agency. I am
honoured to be grooming models of international standards,” she said.
