MBABANE – The festive season is just around the corner and there is no rest
for local artists as they are releasing hit after hit making sure that their
followers will have something to jam to during the vibey season.
Hip hop singer Marcus Mnisi has dropped an EP titled ‘S.I.N.K’. S.I.N.K is
an acronym which stands for Something I Now Know and Marcus has said the title
of this EP was drawn from his past experiences coupled with what he was  going
through at the moment. Having recently explored different avenues of sourcing
sponsorship for his EP, he has learnt that not everyone sees his vision the same
way he does, thus he takes pride in the fact that he has persevered to finally
dropping it for his fans and followers. Marcus believes that he was born to be
the greatest. “I believe that dreams come true but I know that effort is a
necessary catalyst. I never let my current situation determine who I am. Blood,
sweat, tears, love, hate and fears,” he said.
These attributes are what led him to be where he is today, and that’s being a
rap star. ‘S.I.N.K’ is Marcus’sophomore music project after a mixtape he
released in 2014 titled ‘Rap Addiction.’ The  title for the album was drawn
from his past experience coupled with what he is currently going through and
this project is the outcome of pushing limits and adding depth to his life. 
“Without a doubt I believe that this album is my best work since I came into
the industry and that’s what makes it very special to me.”
