NOMINATE MOST INFLUENTIAL  WOMEN IN BUSINESS, GOVT

MBABANE – Do you know any outstanding woman in business? Then this is your
chance to make them get the recognition they deserve.
An online publication is calling for nominations across Africa for the Most
Influential Women in Business and Government.
The nominations are open for 23 categories, and an interested individual can
nominate as many people as possible.
According to http://www.miw.co.za/, readers can nominate any women of any age
that they think has used her influence positively to effect change in her
business sector.
The nominations close on July 31.

According to the website, Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and
Government publication has come a long way from celebrating women solely in
South Africa.
“We are proud of the expansion and inclusion of all women across Africa,”
the website stated.
It was also stated that the programme was initially created under a different
banner to provide organisations with a platform from which to celebrate their
achievements in terms of gender equality, as well as to honour those women for
their achievements within their organisations.

“Since this initial celebration the awards have grown considerably and enjoy
eminence in the marketplace as a credible identifier of women in business who
are willing to put their influence to work for the benefit of Africa’s
economy,’ the publication stated.

The nomination and entry forms for the awards are available on the website, as
well as a list of previous winners from across Africa, including members States
of the Southern African Development Community.
