MISS TEEN SWAZILAND REGISTRATION CLOSED

MBABANE – The Miss Teen Swaziland’s registration is now officially closed. The Pageant’s Directors Catrien Potgieter and Melissa DuPont revealed that they will be collecting all application forms from the various outlets in the country.

“Yesterday was the last chance for aspiring girls to take part as we closed the registration at 5pm and no more entries will be allowed,” said Potgieter.
 “For the first phase we are hoping to get as many as 300 entries, which we are going to screen and trim to 24 before the launch. During the launch (August 30) we will reduce the number to 12.

Potgieter also mentioned that they have secured an iPad sponsor from Total Garage to be given to the eventual winner of the title. Moreover, the winners are set to share E2 500 prize money among other sponsorships.
“We are also happy to announce a Fusion Kombi sponsorship as the owner has branded the vehicle with the Miss Teen brand for free with all costs paid by him,”she said.

The launch of the pageant will be held at The George Hotel on August 30, 2014 courtesy of the hotel that has sponsored the venue. Sibane Hotel will host the finals plus the rehearsals on the eve of the finals.

Potgieter also outlined that they will be selling corporate tables whereby the Platinum Table will sell at E5000, Gold at E4000 and Silver at E3000.
