THULI MSIBI: THE PETITE GORGEOUS BEAUTY THERAPIST FROM MANZINI

Gcwala met up with the petite gorgeous Beauty therapist from Manzini, Thulisile Msibi. She tells us all about her love for the profession. The gorgeous young lady was kind enough to drive up all the way from Manzini for our interview.

“I am a proud beauty therapist. I went to Ligbron High School and further studied for the beauty profession in Pretoria, South Africa. Before I fell in love with the beauty world I studied for a course in Hotel Management,’’ she tells Gcwala.
She went on to follow her passion and studied for Somatolgy.

“I was born in Swaziland 26 years ago, but I have spent my whole life in South Africa.

Passion

“I believe I am an entrepreneur at heart, which has influenced the choices I have made concerning my career.’’
The young beautician is driven by passion and the very ground rules that her parents instilled in her while growing up.
Thuli is currently based in Manzini at the Skin and Nails Rejuvenation Clinic.

“I feel it’s the best place to work at, when you want to find yourself or to start over again, I respect this profession. I love taking care of my clients from their skin and physical wellbeing. I am a masseuse skin analyst.”

It gives her the utmost satisfaction when her clients leave the clinic rejuvenated and stress- free, as her job entails making people feel good about themselves and relaxed. Her future plans include her owning her Bed and Breakfast that has its own spa.
“Leaving home at an early age of 11, to stay at a boarding school taught me a lot. Things like perseverance, appreciation and independence.
“My biggest challenge of my life was reporting for duty at my first job. I didn’t know what to expect,” she tells Gcwala.

Excelled

Thanks to the induction course, she excelled at her job. She attributes her success to the perseverance and respect she has for the young and old.
“I have survived a lot of challenges and tribulations. My mentor Zethu Mgani has played a huge role in my life and has always been there for me, which I truly appreciate.’’
Her late grandmother was her greatest inspiration.

If she were to choose five people in the world she would love to make-up it would be:
Pastor Joyce Meyer, because she looks up to her and she would give her uplifting words of wisdom.
