NHLONIPHO’S ‘YITHI SONKHE’ DROPS TODAY

MBABANE – Nhlonipho Dlamini and Robot Boii album titled ‘Yithi Sonkhe’ will be released today.

On the first week of January, Trace Urban aired a documentary featuring local musician Dlamini about a collaborative album to be released today.
The documentary featured artists on the project like Robot Boii, real name Mzwakhe Mbuli Junior, son to Mzwakhe Mbuli, a poet and former deacon of the Apostolic Church. Dlamini spoke at length about ‘Yithi Sonkhe’, where it features about seven songs and a number of upcoming artists.
The artist shared that he was not only amped up about the album, but the release of his recent hit single ‘Lotto’s’ visuals which drops today.

Undiscovered

“People are always eagerly waiting for new and good music and this is something that we are all proud of,” further explained Dlamini.On the other hand, Robot Boii also shared his excitement about the project and the initiative behind ‘giving the mic’ to new, undiscovered talent.It is worth noting that the artists first released a single titled ‘Yithi Sonkhe’ late last year and some music streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple music announced that the song was available on December 12.The Amapiano music project by the duo, has a total of seven songs with collaborations from the likes of S.O.N, Chukido, Mac lopez, PD Jokes, The Alpha Boyz, Mandz Not Hot, TeaKay, Titow, Ricco Ten88, Kaynyc, ilovelethu and Sje Konka.
