CASTLE LITE LOOKING FOR 2 XTRA-ORDINARY EMASWATI

MBABANE – The Castle Lite Influencer X search has already taken flight.

Last week Friday saw locals, who were selected in the Top 10 as finalists in the competition, present their ideas for the judges on why they deserve to be affiliated with such a huge brand like Castle Lite. The contestants’presentations were held at S&B Restaurant in Matsapha. Castle Lite has always been known to be at the forefront of setting trends and true to its reputation, the brand is making waves on social media for launching a new and disruptive campaign dubbed InfluencerX aimed at searching for Xtra-ordinary emaSwati plugged into local music, fashion and urban culture to represent the brand. With this, Castle Lite is looking for two Xtra-ordinary influencers at the top of their game, plugged into local music, fashion, and urban culture to become brand influencers. These are candidates who are passionate about what they do and possess great communication skills to represent the coolest brand in the kingdom.

“Castle Lite is always at the forefront of setting trends and making moves to help our fans unlock extra cold refreshment and live out extraordinary lives. The InfluencerX campaign is a way for the brand to connect which our local fans and present truly extraordinary talent to Eswatini.” said Phetsile Mswane; Country Brand and Trade Marketing Manager of Eswatini Beverages. According to Mswane, the entrants were required to create and submit 60-second creative videos introducing themselves, what they do and why they would like to be part of the Castle Lite InfluencerX Squad. The 10 finalists are Sibu Wild Mabuza, Miyanda Mahlangu, Akhona Terry Bhengu, Lutionaudio Bot, Kwangmusik, Angisati Ngitsini (comedians), Melo Genik, Oxygen, Wandile Ndlovu and Lyrikal Busta. All these contestants presented their ideas this past Friday and this will be followed by an announcement of the Top five during the course of this week. “The Top five will be announced during the course of the week. Thereafter they will be given a final opportunity to prove they are worth the brand collaboration. The overall winners will get a cash prize plus a six month working contract,” said Mswane.
