SWAZI RALLY PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 24

MBABANE – This year’s Swazi Rally is prompt! Swazi Rally pioneer Carlos Paiva revealed to this publication that pre-registration for keen attendees to the renowned Swazi Rally should act promptly as the registration line will close on August 24.

This year’s Swazi Rally will be turning 25 years and it is hosted in the home of bikers in Eswatini, at Riders Ranch in Sidvokodvo and it is set for August 31 to September 2.
According to Paiva, attendees who register in time get to enjoy early settlement and the gain access to the venue more comfortably.

“After August 24, those who are keen to join us in this year’s rally would have to pay at the entry points, which can have its own inconveniences,” said Paiva.
He also revealed that the response from bikers, inside and outside the country has doubled this year. However, he could not reveal the exact numbers as yet as the registration process is still continuing.

“With the rate in which people are registering, we are expecting close to 10 000 bikers. We are also projecting these numbers from last year’s event, which had over 6 000 bikers,” he said.

This year, the programme will include a lot of road safety education for bikers and a lot of prominent entertainers.
Paiva said that this year’s event will be strict on road safety lectures, as per the billboards which have been enacted all over the country.
Early bird tickets to the event cost E250 while general access is E300.
Secure parking is free and parking on size costs E400.
