ALL SET AND READY FOR TOMORROW’S LUJU FESTIVAL

MBABANE – The long wait is over as the first ever Standard Bank Luju festival is taking place tomorrow.

Taking place from 10am - 3am, the Standard Bank Luju Festival will feature a host of engaging food, drink, music, and lifestyle experiences including cooking demos and master-classes, interactive spaces, the best in hand-crafts and arts, as well as some of the most exciting musical performances from across Southern Africa.

Sophisticated African sounds from the soulful hits of South African artists, MiCasa and the Afrocentric power of Thandiswa Mazwai, to the jazzy collaborative, The Rebirth of Cool that brings together some of South Africa’s best hip-hop artists and jazz musicians, and the earthy Blues of Albert Frost will be performing during the first ever Standard Bank Luju Festival.

Standard Bank embarked on a consumer awareness drive aligned to the upcoming inaugural Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival, where customers were availed an opportunity to learn more about the bank’s Digital and Conventional Banking product service offering, across local Standard Bank Branches.

Standard Bank, which is also the title sponsor for this event, has given away tickets to customers as means of aligning how customers interact with the brand outside of the normal branch setup. Festival goers can look forward to having the time of their lives as they willexperience an event which is the first of its kind in the local calendar of events.

The bank has confirmed the availability of an ATM on site for attendants to withdraw cash to preload their cashless wristbands. They have also confirmed the availability of POS machines, where people can swipe for purchases on sight. Standard Bank will also have a digital activation hub on the day where they will have fun activations for attendants who will pop in to interact with the various savings and investment offerings, digital channels as well as the Vehicle Asset Finance portfolio which will exhibit zero per cent Deposit offering on the day.
