RELAXED AMBIENCE AT QIBHO INTALEKTUAL SHOW

MBABANE – He has come back with a bang! Rapper and poet Qibho Intalektual’s has returned with more energy in the music industry, after unceremoniously leaving the music scene for over three years now.


He showcased his new material last Saturday afternoon at his show dubbed ‘Qibho Intalekutal with Emadloti’ at Bahle Gallery, a venue beffiting of an event of this magnitude.


Anticipating Qibho’s performance ahead, he surfaced within the crowd telling ‘Inganekwane’, his latest offering which inevitably set the pace of what was to come and more.


As if to set his mark and tone, Qibho performed beyond the expectation of the audience, who affirmed the brilliance of this art throughout his two part set; first being his hip hop infused set and later the spoken word.
He further did his best in explaining the brilliance of featuring the Emadloti concept which was launched in this event and will make its mark across the country as he tours.


Sive M got onto the stage for a collaboration on their track ‘Prayers’, which stirred siguco, with the audience dancing in reverence of the Most High.
This show evoked a sense of nostalgia and longing for days past, as Qibho passed the mic around in ascertaining the audience exhilarating surprise performance from a Xhosa act by the name of Mthetho, whose art was a perfect synergy with Qibho’s set.


Aligned


The stars were aligned, as Qibho called onto stage Pyscholution, who instantly had the audience eating out of his palm as they rendered a remixed version of ‘Eita Da’, which saw the audience go hysterical. The show was ended on a high note as Nomalungelo surprisingly performed during to DJ Czar and Cybos’s set. The MC, KrTC, expressed gratitude to everyone in attendance, especially the venue owners Sandzi and Archie Magwaza.
