MBABANE – Do you want to hear rib cracking jokes? then make sure your schedule is free tonight.
Sifiso Nene’s jokes range from taxi drivers, politics, Zulu stereotypes and more.

Local comedy lovers will get to experience all this first hand later on today, where the South African funny man will perform alongside local comedian Mdura.
The show, dubbed ‘Wednesday night comedy with Mdura and Sifiso Nene’, will start at 7pm and will be hosted by Elfoe.
Those who want to attend the show will be expected to pay E100 at the door.

Tickets are also on sale and they are available at Ocean Basket, both in Ezulwini and Mbabane, and the Theatre Club in Mbabane where the show will take place.

Stranger

Nene is no stranger in the comedy industry and will be back in the country as his last performance was at The George Hotel during the Comedy Festival last year. Nene came into the comedy industry  back in 2009 when he won the first season of ‘So you think you are funny,’ which was a nationwide talent search for up and coming comedians in SA.
Since then he has kept his winning streak alive as he won an award at the SATMAS as the best indigenous comedian and has for two years in a row won the Comics Choice Award, which is voted for by the audience.

Starred

Nene has also starred in the hilarious ‘Taxi Ride’, which aired on Mzansi Magic and has also starred in the Standard Bank commercials that have been airing on DStv.
Also known for his baby mama drama jokes, Nene will be heading back to the country for today’s show.
