MBABANE – House on Fire redefined the meaning of crossing over with their fun, flirty Big Wig themed Crossover bash.

The over 600 fun lovers, families and children who attended the House on Fire Crossover Party which was themed ‘The Big Wig Crossover’ conformed to the theme of the show fully, though some did not really wear big wigs. However, it was the concept of family that most people loved.

The show was meant to cater for families to crossover into the New Year together.
In previous years the hotspot which is situated at the Malkerns Valley hosts intimate crossover shows which always have a theme. However, it’s the first time to have the young ones attend as well.

House on Fire’s Jiggs Thorne led by example as he wore a big rainbow coloured wig and dressed up in a 1970’s inspired outfit. Also, one reveller who stole the show with a killer outfit which was Tina Turner inspired, was socialite Nonduduzo Pereira.

The show kicked off at 8pm  with MCs of the night Frankie Dlamini and Anakhonza Kunene, keeping guests entertained and informed .
House on Fire’s Communications Officer Noncedo Dlamini said they were humbled by the turn up and the way attendees conformed to this year’s theme. She also stated that the theme was inspired by the 1970’s fashion.

“It is a norm that House on Fire hosts crossover parties that are themed and we are so proud that people conformed to the theme and turned up in their numbers.

This year’s attendance is way better than last year and we hope it gets better and bigger each year,” she said.
The decor was also centred on the 1970’s disco theme. “It took us a whole month to prepare for this show and we are glad that it worked out for the best,” added Dlamini.
