FAREWELL VIDEO FOR TV

MBABANE – “TV deserves a proper send off.” This was said by bereaved pianist, Judah who said he has done a video dedicated to the late Acting Ludzidzini Governor Timothy Velabo Mtetwa.
The video titled ‘Cisha Logesi’ recorded was on Tuesday and posted on social media on the same day.


On the one minute video clip which is already treading on social media, Judah is playing his piano and also sending condolences to the Mtetwa family. The pianist also mentions some of the humorous qualities that the late Acting Ludzidzini Governor had.
Mtetwa rose to fame, especially in entertainment circles, through his punchline ‘Cisha Logesi’, which even became popular clothing brand.


Lately, became a popular MC for entertainment events, an example being the Earth Hour which was at the University of Swaziland Multi-Purpose Hall last year.
On the video, Judah repeated the words ‘Cisha Logesi’ saying this is what he will always be remembered for.


“While my band and I were rehearsing, I saw an article saying that this great man is late. I  was shocked as I was not aware of the sad news,” he said.
He added, “I just came up with the song without the knowledge that one of my band members was recording me.


“I did this with emotion as most young people now related to him, especially after last year’s popular punchline ‘Cisha Logesi’,” he said.
Judah said after looking at the video clip, he felt he should share it with others so they could see how touched he was,” he added.


He said this happened at a time when he was busy preparing for his single which is expected to be released soon..
The artist is expected to drop his new single titled ‘Ndohamba’.


“By God’s grace, this will be a busy time for me and my band. We have been getting bookings every weekend and we are also in the process of making good music,” he said.
 “I would love to forward my gratitude to Itallo who groomed me to what I am today. He still mentors me and I am grateful to have him as my mentor,” said the pianist.
