SANDS BUYS LUCKY MATHONSI BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR’S BOOK

MBABANE – Swaziland’s finest, Sands, proved that charity begins at home by being the first Swazi to purchase Lucky Mathonsi the  Swazi born author’s recently released breast cancer survivor’s book.

Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month Sands kicked off his support by making sure he gets his own copy.
Lucky Mthonsi said that the book can now be purchased at Devine Artists an outlet based at the Royal Villas at E180 per copy. 
The author further stated that more copies can be purchased at Motiv= Act Events and Fashions by contacting Mr Duma Mnisi at (+268) 7640 2229 or Mr Sifiso Sgudla at (+268) 7659 3182.

A website is ready and will be launched soon for the public to also be able to purchase the book online.
Not so long ago Mathonsi presented the first copy of the book to breast cancer survivor Hlengiwe Kunene’s mother.

Diagnosed

Hlengiwe, the youngest person to be diagnosed with breast cancer in Swaziland may be gone but she has left behind a legacy which is information about her life journey with breast cancer.
Barely 10 months after Hlengiwe’s passing due to breast cancer, Mathonsi has lived up to his promise of completing a book he had started writing in Hlengiwe’s honour.

“I was very disturbed when Hlengiwe passed away just two weeks after I had completed my interviews with her for her book. However, I had to continue writing the book but I thank God and all those who had been supportive with their expertise, now the book is complete,” said Mathonsi.
