SITF SECOND GOSPEL SUNDAY A JOYFUL AFFAIR

MANZINI – It was the last Gospel Sunday and it left a great lasting impression on gospel fans .


The Swaziland International Trade Fair (SITF) came to a great ending on Sunday as over 2 000 gospel music lovers attended the  last gospel show at the Mavuso Sports Centre.


Local gospel music giants Shongwe and Khuphuka Saved Group, Apostle Vusi Maculuve and Phathwakahle left music lovers satisfied and singing their praises, as they labelled them among the  best performances.

The three stole the show which saw music lovers patiently waiting from as early as 12 noon until  9pm, as that is when the three groups were scheduled to perform. The audience was overheard saying they were not leaving the show until the three performed especially Shongwe and Khuphuka.


Performance


Despite that there were over 16 artists who performed the three were just the highlight of the day as music lovers made it clear that they would not leave without watching them.
The show heated up when a group known as Nkosingiphile Nensali KaJehova went on stage. This is one group that got the music lovers on their feet. 


Music lovers enjoyed the group’s performance as it got them dancing.
Also at her best was Nothando Hlophe who also had the best time on stage. Among the songs that were a hit were ‘Khul’ulugcobo’ and ‘Amen’.
