EZULWINI – The progression of fashion in the country has proven to grow within many as there are a lot of local designers dominating the industry leaving local clothing retailers running for their money.

The show that was scheduled to start at 7pm ended up starting late due to the fact that a lot of people were running late.
However, the show proved that talent in the country is fast becoming a means to make a living for some through taking advantage of the industry.

Msweli Designs kicked of the show with a unique diversity of culture influenced designs. The line epitomised style, bold colours and challenged individuals to be more adventurous with their closet choices.

Ten models walked down the ramp showing different designs from different fashion houses.
The second brand was Sgeja, a brand that is dream driven with African and western touches to it and has cultural touches of the traditional regalia.

Sgeja Creations left those present screaming as models walked down the ramp showcasing creations that embrace the Swazi traditional wear.

The SADC Fashion Council is an organisation initiated by SADC to bring all players of the fashion industry in the region under one roof as a means to form networks and lasting relationships.
