“It is exciting that once again we have an artist from Swaziland, who has been nominated for the Best Africa Category. It comes with joy for us as we see that even Swazi artists want their talent to be witnessed internationally and I must say by taking part in the awards, they are using the right platform as it has the potential of taking them far,” she said.

Celebrate

Mbokazi said the SABC Crown Gospel Music Awards were undoubtedly the leading awards that celebrate the many talents in the gospel music industry.
“This year we enter into its ninth year of being the biggest industry platform that recognises the achievements of artists, musicians, producers and other related industry stakeholders. This year’s Crown Gospel Music Awards will be held on November 27, 2016 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli Convention Center (Durban ICC),” she said.
