80 SCRIPT TO HOST ‘THE SOIREE’

MBABANE - Zolile Motsa known as 80 Script the rapper will be hosting his debut headline show titled ‘The Soiree’, which is aimed at elevating Swazi Hip Hop and make it a leading genre in the kingdom.

The  event will be taking place at Royal Swazi Spa Convention Centre and 80 Script will be  supported by local artists. 80 Script said the vision was to show Swaziland the type of artistic talent and creativity one would find at Madison Square Garden in New York, where artists gather together to showcase their talents.

“ The theme for this once in a lifetime art showpiece is ‘The Grammy’s Meet Africa’ and everyone who would be interested in attending is encouraged to prepare something formal, semi formal, African attires, or even go as far as mixing it up culturally. Ladies are welcome to try on that dress that’s sitting in the closet waiting to make its premier,”said 80 Script.

He further said that information to the event will be shared on his social media page, as they are preparing for the build-up show. Tickets to the event will be available from August 1 and only 500 will be printed solely because the Convention Centre auditorium only has 500 seats capacity.

 Followers of the hip hop artist are encouraged to secure their seats as soon as possible due to the limited tickets. 80 Script said that together with his team , they want to make sure the event is a classy one and no overcrowding will be allowed. Ticket point outlets along the Manzini, Mbabane, Ezulwini and Matsapha will be disclosed before the end of the week.
