MBABANE – A teacher has come out to claim ownership of the picture of a hoax engagement linking award winning gospel artist Nduduzo Matse.

However he preferred anonymity arguing that the issue would compromise his reputation and profession.
The man, *Ndumiso, also claimed to have spoken to the gospel artist and acknowledged ownership of the photo and said he recently got engaged to the love of his life.

“It was my photo and I am engaged, although am puzzled by how my engagement photo got viral on social media and finally making newspaper headlines,” the man said.

He said he recently contacted the award winning gospel star to discuss the issue of the photo and Matse was more than happy that someone had come out to claim ownership of the photo, which has been like a nightmare to him as he was being accused of having a private engagement without involving his close family members.

“For now this matter is over, even Matse was happy that I came to his rescue about the photo,” *Ndumiso said.
Matse confirmed that the owner of the photo contacted him and they discussed the matter, even though they had not yet met in person to determine whether the owner of the photo looks like him or not.

“He called me and we discussed the matter over the phone, since we have not yet met, so I cannot be sure whether he looks more like me or not ,” Matse said.
