MBABANE – Contractors can bid for a tender to design and construct prefabricated houses.

Online sources define prefabricated homes as specialist dwelling types of prefabricated buildings, which are manufactured off-site in advance, usually in standard sections that can be easily shipped and assembled. Some current prefabricated home designs include architectural details inspired by postmodernism or futurist architecture. The procuring entity is Royal Eswatini National Airways Corporation (RENAC). RENAC is a company with limited liability incorporated in accordance with the Company’s Act of the country. The Corporation is also a holder of both aviation fuel and ground handling licences.

Successful

The successful bidder will design and construct two by four en suite bedrooms to serve as a rest facility for RENAC staff. These should come with complete fittings ready for use, with the exception of furniture and complimentary fittings. Participating companies are all those that have the adequate and relevant experience and capacity to provide works as specified under the scope of tender. There will be a briefing meeting via Zoom next Thursday (August 12, 2021) at 10am. The zoom link can be accessed on the online tender document that can be accessed on the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory (ESPPRA) website (http://sppra.co.sz/). Tenders will be opened from 12:01pm on the date of closing at RENAC Conference Room in Matsapha. Tenderers are invited to attend the tender opening meeting.
