MBABANE – Businesspeople and companies have been provided with an opportunity to own an extra fleet of vehicles, courtesy of the US Embassy.
Duly instructed by the embassy, auctioneers from Rexy’s Investments are selling by sealed bids motor vehicles valued at about E1 million. They are headlined by a 2009 Toyota Hino 300 truck with a relatively low mileage of 20 000km. It has a reserve price of E250 000.

Registration and acceptance of bids started last Monday. One has to register with a refundable deposit of E3 000.
According to a correspondence from the auctioneers, viewing days are July 14 to July 16, 2020 from 9am to 2pm. Only four bidders will be allowed per hour.
“Bidders are required to wear face masks at the viewing and maintain social distance.

Touching of vehicles will not be allowed,” reads the correspondence. Payment is strictly cash, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or bank guaranteed cheques.
The closing date for submission of bids is July 21, 2020 at noon. Opening date for bids is July 23, 2020. Rexy’s Investments offices are located at SUFIAW Building, Ground Floor Dzeliwe Street next to Royston Signs in Mbabane.
