WORLD VISION LOOKING FOR SUPPLIERS

MBABANE – World Vision Eswatini is providing an opportunity to interested suppliers, contractors, consultants and service providers in humanitarian supplies to participate in the 2020/2022 prequalification exercise.


Existing and prospective suppliers are both welcome. This exercise is for the registration of suppliers for services for the year October 2020 to September 2022. They are wanted to register for sectors that include agriculture, clothing and fabrics, communications and communication equipment, construction, IT Hardware and Software,   vehicles management and consultancy services, to mention but a few. According to a correspondence copied to this publication, some categories are subject to a two-step process including pre-qualification and price bidding.


The prequalification document with detailed eligibility guidelines and requirements can be obtained from World Vision Eswatini Head Office in Mbabane at a fee of E500. Completed documents should be deposited at World Vision situated at Ning Office Park in Mbabane. The deadline for submission is on or before July 24, 2020 at 11am. “Opening of tenders will take place immediately thereafter.
“Due to the current COVID-19 situation, suppliers are not allowed into the opening room,” reads the correspondence in part.
