MBABANE – Bidders have been presented with a superb opportunity to purchase fully functional restaurant equipment and motor vehicle spares at affordable prices.

This will be courtesy of a public auction to be conducted by T&F Auctioneers in Matsapha on Plot 770, past Magevini entrance towards the police station on the right at the Need a Part premises.

The auction where bidders will be expected to pay a refundable deposit of E1 000 (strictly cash or bank guaranteed cheque) starts at exactly 10am today.
According to an advert inviting interested bidders to the auction, it was explained that the auction would be conducted on instruction of Need a Part.

Seller

The auctioneer, William Kelly, explained that the items on offer would be sold by a willing seller who previously operated a fully fledged restaurant.
He mentioned that the prices would be affordable and make financial sense to purchase because they were in good condition.
“There will be no reserve prices for most of the items on offer. We will take offers from bidders,” clarified Kelly.

Interested buyers should also take into account the advice of a seasoned auctioneer who pointed out that unlike dealers, auction companies do not get limited to one brand or manufacturer. He stated that they offered a neutral ground where there was no bias towards any one maker, so buyers could truly compare and weigh the pros and cons of each machine.

“An advantage of buying at an auction is the variety of equipment types. Chances are your business employs more than just one kind of machine, and requires not just heavy equipment but support and ancillary equipment. You’ll find these in plentiful supply at auctions,” he added.
