SLOMOES ‘WINS’ E1.7M FINCORP TENDERS

MBABANE – Slomoes Corporation has proved its competitive edge by outsmarting seven companies to ‘win’ three tenders worth E1.7 million, issued by the Finance Development Corporation (FINCORP).


The registered IT company that serves the Southern Africa region with unsurpassed IT solutions in all respects, won three different tenders for services to be offered at the ongoing construction of FINCORP’s E73 million five storey building, with additional two underground parking levels being constructed along Gwamile Street on Lot 663.


Slomoes Corporation, a company that provides solutions in websites, networking, and all hardware and assembled computer systems technologies that make smoother running of companies, won the three tenders, namely; unified communications and WI-FI contract (E418 057, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT), access control contract (E863 058, excluding VAT) and provision of a Closed Circuit Television Contract (CCTV) (E435 985, excluding VAT).


For all the tenders, the company was competing mainly against Commit, where they won with varying margins. In the access control tender where they scored 94 per cent, Slomoes won by a difference of only two per cent. During evaluation of the CCTV contract, Slomoes scored 96 per cent, while Commit amassed 83 per cent overall score.
When the unified communications and WI-FI contract tender evaluation was undertaken, Slomoes scored 93 per cent, while Commit was placed at 81 per cent.      


The company also specialises in software to improve the efficiency of a business, as well as supplying of digital, electronic and micro-electronic devices and systems that are also aimed at tightening company security.
