CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT TO GO UNDER THE HAMMER

MATSAPHA – A wide range of construction equipment is set to go under the hammer.


This will be during an auction to be conducted by Swazi Auctioneers on instruction of Marbel Construction (Pty) Ltd at the Matsapha Industrial Sites, Marbel Complex past CTM.


Auctioneer Sakhile Ndzimandze invited bidders to the auction explaining that most of the equipment that will be auctioned was either new or in good condition.


Some of the equipment to be auctioned includes cobra basin taps, stainless steel basins, brick cutters, welder generator, concrete vibrating poker, timber benderings, brand new shower trays, new door frames, plumbing equipment and white powder aluminium quoted windows. 


Bidders who may be interested in making bids at the auction will be expected to pay a refundable deposit of E3 000 payable upon registration and five per cent buyers’ premium.


“Strictly cash, bank guarantee or EFT payments will be accepted,” Ndzimandze advised.
Viewing dates of all items to be sold will be today and tomorrow starting from 9am to 4pm.
The actual auction will be convened next Tuesday starting from 11am.
