MBABANE – The four bedroom house that was owned by lawyer Musa Leon Dlamini that was supposed to be auctioned yesterday failed to attract bidders.
The house’s reserve price is E3.9 million and it auctioned together with a vacant plot to recover monies owed to Standard Bank.

The property which is held under deed of transfer number 380/2006 is sitting on a plot measuring 1.0084 hectares and is located on Portion 385 (a portion of Portion 287) of Farm Dalriach.
Improvements at the large executive residence with ample space for more developments, tarred road access with a nearby stream; includes four bedrooms, master bedroom ensuite, lounge, family room with fire place, dining room, TV room, fitted kitchen, scullery, pantry, laundry, storeroom and outside cottage.

According to the auctioneer, who is a Deputy Sheriff of the Court David Magagula, the house will be re-advertised. Magagula said: “Unfortunately, no one showed up and I was forced to cancel the auction,” Magagula said.
Another auction which was cancelled was a vacant plot, measuring 2.0108 hectares, that was supposed to go under the hammer from a reserve price of E804 000.

The property held under deed of transfer number 379/2010 is located at Portion 96 of Farm number 300 in Manzini.
Again, this plot is still on the market and interested buyers will have to wait until it is re-advertised to learn when it will be auctioned.
